I made this easy Dinosaur Cake for my youngest who turned 4 this past week. We celebrated his birthday yesterday with close family and I felt so bad not having time to do a big party for him this year, but he didn’t seem to mind one bit! He had a full day of swimming and fun and he requested dinosaurs and Mexican food so that is exactly what we gave him!

My now 4 year old absolutely loves this cake and everyone thought it was so cute. Sometimes simple ideas do way better than complicated fancy cakes. We also made him a Dinosaur Quesadilla and he just loved it. He loves guacamole as well so we created a Dinosaur Guacamole dish for him decorating with chips, sour cream, and black beans.
