Just as the Titan’s Bastard did, Grazdan gravitates toward sexual suggestions in trying to intimidate Daenerys, stooping to crude, gendered warnings of sex slavery for this woman who dared take on the mantle of a breaker of chains. (Dany, in turn, excellently undercuts the insult by twisting it into a compliment, an acknowledgment of her identity as a Targaryen.) Grazdan himself was just being a horrible sexist ass (not to mention his no less horrible position as a slaver) in saying this, of course - but I love how this statement works indirectly to suggest the story of Serra, especially if (as I and of course many others think is the case) Serra was a Blackfyre descendant.
