Understands the basics of the spa menu and products in order to communicate knowledgably with guests

Assists staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to maintain the facility and prepare for special events

Having excellent working knowledge of all positions, services, products, operations, systems, and procedures within the spa/salon

Assist Members/Guests with use of sauna, steam, whirlpool

To execute the standard of the Spa in the set-up of amenities and decor

Responsible for the upkeep of female spa locker rooms the replenishment of items available to guests utilizing the spa locker rooms

Educates guests about individual skin care needs

Positive attitude, service passion, & attention to detail

Previous hospitality or customer service experience

Provide tours as necessary

Review guest appointment/schedules as needed

1 year spa experience or related field preferred

Preference for an understanding of HOA communities

Ability to transport, handle and/or lift 50 lbs

Provide a gracious check-in for our Spa guests

• Create memorable, life-long impressions for spa guests
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and amenities within the respite room and spa facility

• Maintains the cleanliness and order of the facility to include sweeping, mopping, and trash removal

Qualifications for spa attendant

• Previous experience working in customer service (highly preferred)
• Good customer services, communication and interpersonal skills and fluency in English is compulsory whereas other international language skills shall be advantageous
• Previous experience in an up-market club/spa environment will be an advantage
• Restocks all linens in the locker rooms and appropriate guest areas
• Removes dirty laundry and collects dirty towel and linens in guest areas and takes them to laundry area for washing
