Watched 4people stare ata computer screen while 4people waited for haircuts for about 5minutes lol they doprovide agood service for agood price though. Definitely better than every other ridiculous monthly fee place around here. Would still recommend ️

We love Ashlynn. She isthe only one who can cut my3year old curly headed boys hair correctly every single time. Myson loves her and asks togo see “my Ashton” (lol) all the time. Clean facility, amazing staff, easy booking! Definitely recommend!!

No knowledge ofhow tocut hair. Stylist had tokeep asking other stylist what tools touse. The stylist Ihad was fresh out ofbeauty college. Myhair was uneven and Ihad togo toanother salon tohave ittouched upcorrectly. Idon’t recommend. Goat your own risk.

Made appointment online tosee stylist and was onwaitlist for about 30minutes. That was not the problem. The problem was that Iwaited patiently and saw mystylist finish and Igot text Iwas upnext, but then was skipped totake another customer that had just walked in2minutes prior. Then was told sorry bewith you inabit. Then got update that itwould beanother 27minutes. That was definitely notok. But Iwill never use sports clips ever again.

I downloaded the app the last time Icame inbecause they always ask ifI checked inusingit. Well, Itried tocheck inthis afternoon and itwouldn't even let mesearch for this location. Itried the the zip and location, nothing soI called. Ispoke tothe manager Ashley and asked tobe onthe waiting list and she told methey can't write myname down because its policy. Iexplained mysituation and she was very friendly and said there was not along wait and just come insince she couldn't write myname down. When Ishowed upI showed another girl what the app was doing. She told meI needed touse Fairfield Town Center inthe search. Idid, right infront ofher and itstill didn't pullup. Itook myseat and waited inline and deleted theapp. The lady who cut myhair was super friendly and quick also. Iwish Icould give a5star review however the policies suck ifYOUR app isnot working then take their name over the phone. Everyone there was great but the experience was ahassle.… – show
