Weekend benedicts are a favorite on our homestead, and this tofu hollandaise sauce is the absolute perfect topper! I made my delicious chickpea hollandaise sauce a while back, and wanted to recreate the magic with some silken tofu too. The result? A bright and lemony sauce that goes so well with savory breakfast benedicts or veggies. We enjoyed this hollandaise sauce over savory cornbread waffles with some fresh tomato from the garden and WOW, it stole the show.
